All the components are new. The belt is getting worn from slipping though. I may double check alignment and replace the belt to see how it works.

I believe I've possibly solved this. It seems the secondary is on backwards so as the clutches advance they move away from each other. The unfortunate part is the I'm recovering seats and waiting on power coating so I may not get to try it for awhile.

Wern,t some clutches directional on some models? For clockwise and anticlockwise engines.

Yeah, I turned it around and it works better. I think it still slips a little with the old belt that's a little worn. I need to try the new belt still.

Yes, it was turned around spring facing out, now spring faces in.
