2021 RXV Freedom- 350A Controller Upgrade Help Bob?

Just picked up a 2021 RXV Freedom last week. 4x12V battery. It came stock with a 1206AC-5231 controller that is labeled RXV Fleet 7.0. Is this the correct controller to receive in a freedom cart? It had profile 5 and freedom mode enabled on it. Unfortunately it looks like the 5231 has some differences in the VCL and i am unable to increase the motor rpm past 7020. Is there a way to bypass this? Is the 5231 the lithium controller that is more locked down?

Separately i was planning to upgrade the controller anyways to the 1206AC-5360. I have one on hand. Unfortunately when i installed it in the cart the cart would power up but not move. It shows "throttle wiper" and "brake wiper" errors on the diagnostic. It shows the brakes at 100% all the time and the throttle doesnt respond at all to movement on the monitor.

I was told by the person i got the controller from that it ran and drove in his 2014 RXV recently. He has a different solenoid part number and recommended i change my solenoid? The solenoid in my cart is a Trombetta 48V 684-4841-022-27 and he is recommending i change to 684-4841-012-28. EZGO seems to include the 649240 solenoid in the 649376 350a upgrade kit which i thought was the same solenoid i already have?

I think the controller is bad and has somehow corrupted the memory in the 5V portion. Any and all next steps appreciated.

Ok for your information a Curtis RXV 7.0 revision level and higher can't be programmed to go as fast as the 6.0 and lower revision levels.
