Default Need a little advice !

98 club wont charge, researched and found were you can jumper couple wires to check in see if its the charger or OBC but unsure of exactly which two wires ?
There is a blue, red, white (insulated from TF) and black coming from 15 amp reset.
I will try and get a photo uploaded in the meantime. Thanks
I wanna assume I jump the black and red ?
Thanks for the help !

Above the breaker is a relay with 4 wires. Top two are trigger. Ignore them. Other two are ac voltage in and out. Jump those two together.

You do have a 48v cart with a Powerdrive charger right?
If it charges once you jump the relay, you more than likely have a bad OBC.
Be sure to watch the ammeter and monitor pack voltage while charging with the relay jumped, because the charger will never shut off and can cook the batts.

Thanks for input ! After further searching I think my pack is to low to initiate a charge. My dad has not charged the batts and let them run completely down......I have seperated the batteries and charging them individually with a 6 volt charger and then will tie them back together and try again.
Each battery only tested out at 2.3 +/- volts. I hope he has not ruined my batteries !!
I store my cart there as I live in a different state and hunt there primarily.
My cart is a 98 CC 48volt with the imaginative manufacturing 4x4 kit installed.

My batts were crazy low when I bought my cart. If you leave the pack wired together and bypass the charger it will bring all of them up in voltage at the same time. Much easier that way. I did mine for about 4 hours and then took the bypass off.
