leaf spring hanger/shackle

Ok so my car was sitting uneven and I thought that the hanger (the one on the back of the cart) was bent, but when I unbolted the spring I was able to see that the bushing in the hanger (not the one in the spring) was wasted. So I have a spare spring with good bushings, now what I need to know is if the bushing in the spring is the same as the one in the hanger? Also do I just pop the end off with a screwdriver and push it out? Thanks.
