Unhappy 85 g1 jumping and studdering

i have an 85 g1 gas carti lifted and put 20in tires.it has started studdering a little at low speeds floor it and it will come alive for a second then start studdering again i have replaced the plug and a new carb but was doing the same thing with the old one.expensive not a fix.have any ideas instead of throwing money i dont have at it.any thing would greatly appreciated:help

Did you try a new plug? Does the choke help it? If you take the line off the carb and turn it over does gas spurt out?

i did try a new plug.the choke seems to make no differance i havent had a chance to take the carb back off.but i will try it thanks

yes it is pumping fuel,after you run it with it spuddering and pull the plug it will be wet,sorry misread what you posted
