Default how much will HD spring raise cart

OK,

I put flip flop seats on cart w/o adding hd springs. I am getting ready to add a hitch to pull the dog trailer and think that they will be needed.

My question: how much will the HD springs add to the height of the cart in the rear? What will I need to do to the front to compensate?

Default Re: how much will HD spring raise cart

HD springs all the way around. That's the way a lifted cart should be done. As for the extra height? I'll say 1/4" to 1/2", depends on how worn your existing springs are. Beware that some aftermarket HD's are no stiffer than factory standard's...
