2010 Precedent- dropping out
been occasionally having an issue where the cart seems to lose power, but would seem to reset with letting off and reapplying the pedal.
however, issue has just become worse and now i can hear solenoid clicking off when I lose power. This happened multiple times on a ride today. (maybe 20-25 times i lost power, but it reactivated once i let off pedal and reapplied) I did replace the MCOR and speed sensor recently --MCOR was OEM and the speed sensor was aftermarket (i do have Alltrax controller and upgraded solenoid) |

Re: 2008 Precedent- dropping out
Your sig says you have a 2010 with lithium pack. What batteries are in the 08?
If you have a laptop hook it up to the Alltrax and watch the monitor screen in the toolkit software and see if it sets any errors. Also check what your low voltage cutoff is, and see if the pack voltage is dropping below the LVC threshold when it shuts off. |

Re: 2010 Precedent- dropping out
I had this issue with mine when I bought it from the PO. What fixed mine was pulling off the small spade terminal wires on the Solenoid and cleaning build up on the connection and then also crimping down the female spade end so it firmly gripped the male spade on the Solenoid.
Product I use for my electrical connections. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 |

Re: 2010 Precedent- dropping out
Solenoid wires are good and tight. Finally found the USB cable to hook up to Alltrax. I didn't see any trouble codes , but it did need an update.
When Updating it said my "throttle linearization curve" didn't match. See picture- I checked no- so it didn't change. Any thoughts on this? |
