carburation & air box for a modified 350 TXT engine, 350 block, 295 head
I have a 1997 TXT, when breaking down the engine for a refresh scratched above the PCV on the block was 350 .50 and 295 head. The block is stamped 350, I assume without measuring the bore that the scratched .50 means the cylinder has been bored .50 over. If anyone knows if the standard carburator and air box should have been change from the originals could you please let me know. Should I use a 350 4cycle carb. or a 295 carb with this configuration. The existing carb has no part # stamp on it. Thanks for any help you can be!!!!
prichardpp Attachments are of air box filter and carb. |

THe carbs are the same, the one for the 350 just has a bigger jet. That would be the one to use.
