Club Car Precedent won't move
I've got a 2006 48v (4x12v) Sepex cart that will charge but won't move. The motor was locked up when bought, and replaced with a new motor and new speed sensor. Solenoid clicks buy cart won't move. Where do I go from here?

If it had a shorted motor, which is what I think you mean by "locked up", good chance it took out the controller with it.

That would make sense. Checked all pins on the 16 pin plug, and they test out good. Sw1 and sw2 that supply power to the motor are dead, I think.

The wire exposed on the ends was chewed up, bearings were toast and it wouldn't turn at all. Local shop said it couldn't be rebuilt.

Sounds like a controller issue to me. Not sure how close you are to Augusta, but if you want to load it up and bring it here I'll scan it for you. I've got some used controllers if we need to fix it while you're here.
