06 precedent wont go
new member need help troubleshooting 06 precedent s/n pq0637.i have already done the speed sensor test and everything test good.tried to reset obc but it never beeps.my problem is the cart acts like it wants to go but will not move forward or reverse.just a lil jerkey movement.the solenoid does click when peddle is depressed.any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Find your solenoid there is a resistor across the large terminals is it real hot.

on the big yellow wire?its not getting hot.i also can plug charger in and meter fluxuates around 5v

I have also charged each battery individually and they are fully charged

my bet is on bad motor brushes....or brush dust jamming brushes....
just a guess which i am basing on......... "just a lil jerkey movement" (ok ready for everyone to climb on my reply) |

yes they can be cleaned but major pain to remove motor..
first i would use an ohm meter on motor terminals a1 & a2 (first disconnect wires at terminals) have someone spin the wheels slowly check for continunity and see how jerkey the reading is ... |

Sounds to me like one battery going to dead short when the current is pulled. Just an idea, but take each battery voltage, and then voltage again under a load ( clip test leads to each battery and check voltage while driving). Just a thought....
