replacing my rear end i wired motor wrong .what did i burn up, soleniod or controller /

Hello doug bryant and Welcome to the forum.

Its hard to say at this point. Check the wiring diagrams to start chrecking. You'll find them in the sticky's at the top if the page, one click back of the page before this one..
