Has anyone put 20x8.00x8 or 20x10x8 on a stock 2006 precedent (no lift)?
or know if there will be any rubbing?will these tires fit on a stock rim?

Not a lot of play room in the stock height precedent wheel wells. Stock tires are 18". 20"ers will add an inch between the hub and fender, right? I can't say for your cart but mine didn't have that kind of clearance. It might work and look great until someone actually sits in the cart, then it may rub, or worse.

One thing to keep in mind are turns. The tires may well be ok when driving straight but rub when you turn.
