Dpi charger trouble shooting

Have a new Golf cart king 48v dpi charger i ran over the charging cord and ripped the wires out of it. I put them back where i think they go. I have a green light and its not doing anything i hope i didnt mess up the cart by plugging it in. Its brand new. Can any one help with some diag on it.

Take the plug that plugs into the cart apart and make sure the connection to one of the prongs didn’t come loose. Happened to me..... had to re-solder
