EZGO PDS no click/no move
Got a ezgo PDS, has new batteries 36 V to either side of solenoid,key switch works shifter works pedal switch works but still no click . There is 36 V to the yellow wire on solenoid, but no negative power on the blue,would that mean a switch I missed or the controller?

With key on, F/R in forward, and Run/Tow switch to Run. The DVM negative test lead connected to the main negative terminal on the battery pack, you should get positive battery pack voltage on all the pins listed.
J1 Pins 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 & 9 J3 Pins 1, 2, 3 & 4 J4 Pins 1 & 2 |

The controller supplies the 36v- to the blue wire... not supplying the - is one way the OEM controller fails. A simple workaround this failure is to bring 36v- from the battery pack to the solenoid. A better way is to upgrade to the new XCT controller.

Okay can you explain better how to work around it? Do you mean take battery pack negative and jump it to the blue wire?And by negative power meaning put negative probe to positive battery pack and positive probe to blue wire and then you should get 36 v?

Scotty would be a great person to get a new controller from...along with a new solenoid... He is top notch around here, and his website is the best place I've seen to get controllers from, price-wise and knowledge wise!!

Controller was burnt, replaced and it worked , thanks for the help.
