Re: 48v Club Car, solenoid clicks, won't run...
The XCT300 will give you much quicker acceleration, a boost in torque, and a boost in speed. Once you mount the controller you may need to replace a few wires due to length issues. Most people order new cable sets with the XCT controllers and don't have to worry about this problem. A 4 gauge cable set would be a good investment, but it's not required.

Re: 48v Club Car, solenoid clicks, won't run...
Can anyone tell me what the ohm value of club car motor should be, between A1 & A2 and F1 & F2? Windings show very little ohms, I know they call it a shunted motor, but the ohn values are only like 4 ohm between A1 & A2. Any idea's?

Normally You just test for continuity (no continuity=bad motor) as most folks will not have the proper equipment needed to measure the low resistance values.
For a typical ADC Sepex motor found on a Precedent (@75°F): Armature: 0.012Ω |

I have low ohm resistance, will check again against your post. Can you jump the motor directly from the batteries to try the motor itself?

Did some more research and finally ordered the Alltrax ACT48300 controller, solenoid/diode and WOW, did that do the trick, it really runs now, was holding my breath that I spent that kind of $ and it didn't work...
