48V DS Reverse Only
I have a 2002 48V Club Car DS; it will only move in reverse. I hear solenoid clicking when I engage pedal in forward. Is this a bad F/R switch?

Possibly. What's the vehicle serial number? There are lots of different drive systems and they are all diagnosed with a different approach.

Yes it's more than likely a bad F&R switch. Look very closely at the contacts on the back of the switch and see if the plastic has melted around the pivots.
