Try charging two batteries at a time with a automotive twelve volt charger. Charge all batteries and then try your cart charger. Batteries have to be at a certain voltage for cart charger to kick on.

What are the voltage or specific gravity readings on the 'good' batteries? Weneed the pack voltage and the individual readings for battery 1 through 6.

When Your Charger Clicks But Wont Stay Charging You Batteries Are Below A Certain Voltage You Can Open Your Charger And Unplug Your Relay Make Sure The Charger Is Not Pluged Then Connet The Two Wire To Each Other By Doing That Your Bypassing The Relay Then Plug The Charge Back To The Wall Then Your Charger Will Charge Your Batteries Up A Little For About 45minuts The Unplug From Wall And Connect The Relay Back Up And It Should Be Charging Fine
