2007 EZ-GO will not move

I checked it out today and I got the same situation. I hear the "click" sound but it is definitely coming from the pedal area.

Could this be a solenoid? How would I test the solenoid to see if it's the problem or if there is another problem? Keep in mind, I'm a little dumb to all the terminology so be easy here. lol

The solenoid is your main safety on/off switch. It makes or breaks the connection between the two large posts when positive and negative are applied to the two small posts. That's it in a nutshell.
Simply apply 36v negative to the small post with the black and/or blue wires attached to it. And apply 36v positive to the small posts with the yellow and/or red wire attached to it.
This should energize the coil and you should hear a definitive click as the contacts are drawn together.
