Thanks. I used two strips in hopes it would be brighter. More lights = more better! I bought a ring roller from harbor freight for $75. It would drive me crazy if I didn’t have circular rings. Lol. My brother is building lights also so we just split the cost. I used flat aluminum Stock. 1” wide and 1/16” thick. I have rear disk brakes so had to make them a little bigger than if I had drum brakes. They are just shy of 10”. I wanted the front and back to match I’m diameter. If you could go smaller it would be better. My wheels are 14”. I’ll see if I can post a picture of the ring roller. Pretty simple.

Here is a link to a video how I made the rings. I cut the overlap off and then used it to rivet the ring closed. My original idea was to braze the ring closed but being it is only 1/16” thick, rivets did the trick. I planned on going with 1/8” aluminum flat bar originally but the 1/16” thickness was good enough.

This is just a quick video I made to send to a couple of my buddies. I didn’t explain anything but you get the point.

Changed out my charging receptacle as the gray OBC wire had become unhooked from it. Its on the charger now as it hasn't been charged for several days and working just fine.

I have spent so much time on these brakes. Everything has been replaced. I might have even taken out the adjuster. If not, it's coming out this time. I don't hardly even use them because Regen
