Default Sporting Clays SC Carts Build

We have a few cool projects on the go right now and this one is no exception. I am sure many of you know what Sporting Clays are, and this is a cart we are building for a customer who wanted a customer cart for the love of his Sporting Clays!

It will be quite the project! I'm converting an early 2003 Club Car DS electric to Big Block Honda GX390. I'm putting on a 6" All Sport Super Sport Lift Kit with 22x10x10 Kenda SpeedRacer Tires.

Believe it or not, a Club Car dealer. It was brought in as a trade in needing batteries. I asked how much and they said $500. I said how about you keep the motor, charger and controller? The owner said, $200 and I said sold and they delivered it!

Looks good. I got my new rear axle. It is five inches wider then stock so the cart will have more stability and look like a dually monster cart when its done, lol! It would probably be used the the next issue of Duck Dynasty, lol! I will take pics after the lift kit is installed.
