G16 rings? top and bottom look same
Just bought a set of yamaha OEM rings, with an updated part #7CR-E1610-10.
Anyway I cant tell any difference between the Top two rings to determine which one is top ring and which one is bottom, (they look identical) and no instructions in box, no paint markings and the only mark on top of both rings are sh 25. Now im trying to decide if its miss packaged box or with the revised part # that they now use the same ring for top and bottom. anyone ran into this? |

look at the inside of the rings they should have a chamfer on one side, if your old rings are still on the pistons see where they go because i just dont remember at the moment and Im not out in the shop
