timing advance key
ummmmmmmmm,, i had a f*** up tonight......
i HAVE to get a new flywheel and was just wondering if putting a timing advance key in since i have to remove the flywheel will be ok, even though the govenor is still on the engine,, |

It may help a little, it depends some engines more than others. In general it helps at about 2500 and higher rpm. With a 3600 governor it may not do much for you. You can file down the stock key to advance them as well, and some people run no key at all. It should not move unless something goes wrong.
