Steering problem
My ez go cart turns right but when turning left it hits a point where the wheel no longer engages and merely slips. Is this a steering gear problem?

Re: Steering problem
Welcome Frank... It does sound like a steering gear problem. What year cart is it?

Re: Steering problem
Its a 1994 elect. ezgo Marathon. I believe it may be a reduction and pinion gear problem. I just don't know if i should do a complete rebuild kit or if i have the expertise to handle the job. Powells equip. out of N.C. is faxing be some sort of scematic.

Re: Steering problem
Check prices on parts and a new rack and pinion. I believe the price on those racks has come down quite a bit...
