Default Steering Problem

Last night I was out and my friend was driving his cart. He wasn't paying attention and hit the curb with the right front wheel. The cart will not turn too far right and not enough left. How can I fix this?

My theory:

1. Steering gear jumped
Fix: Take off ujoints, center steering wheel, center wheels, bolt on ujoints???

I only got a very quick look last night and nothing looked bent.

Thanks!
