Default Navitas Controller on PDS

I just finished installing a 460amp Navitas controller on a 2011 pds cart. For some reason I’m not having any speed or regen. The cart is working like it used to but there is zero gain in performance.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

What speed are you getting?
Is everything else stock on the cart?
What size tires?
I’m assuming a 2011 is 48v?

An alltrax upgrade is way more popular on this forum, but if you give the above info, someone here will be able to tell you what you should be getting out of that cart.

Getting about 19 mph. I have the controller, wires, new battery pack, 6” lift with 23” tires and I’m getting 18mph.

Sorry actually found out it’s a 2007 so it’s a 36v

I know it's been awhile and you have a new cart now but did you ever gat anywhere with this? I have the same setup, everything you did, I did. I also have the big solenoid. I feel like it's pretty good for 36v but am trying to track down someone who's played with all of the settings in the pro menu...Any suggestions?
