Default Ezgo express L6 questions..

I picked up a like new express L6 gas.
Really wanted 72v electric but couldn’t pass on this good of a deal.

I have a few questions on it.

Has anyone noticed an excessive amount of movement of the roof canopy?
The mounting bolts for the supports are tight. But I cannot believe how much flex is in the tubing and how much the canopy moves forward and back when hitting bumps. I realize the distance is greater being a 6 seater cart but would have thought ezgo would have taken that into consideration and had sturdy enough supports.

2nd

Why would a basically new cart lean to the left already?
I could tell it had a lean and measured from floor board to floor and the driver side is about 1” lower than the passenger side. I wouldn’t think the spring could be sagging already on driver side.

Any help is appreciated!

Think you answered one of your question there, could have some heavier up-rights made up, look cool with 2" round tubing.

edit: Does the screws in the top have the medal spacers? .. just thinking here.

I could check and see if the spacers are steel. The canopy/ frame work doesn’t move at all on my txt. I’m surprised that just having a 20” longer span between the two supports cam make that much difference, but I guess it does. Ezgo needed to use some larger tubing I guess like Club Car uses

My top moves quite a bit, but it did on my S4 as well. I just had a cross bar fabbed up for my wetsounds 10 bar between the rear supports, can't tell if it helped stabilize though due to the weight of the bar.

Thanks for chiming in.
My uncle just got a brand new 2020 txt has his front support is larger maybe 1.25” tubing?
The front support on the express L6 is the old style 3/4”
His is rock solid and does not flex like mine does. Can not believe ezgo didn’t design the L6 with the larger roof supports for this reason.
