Default Lithium/ 12 volt accessory

I am installing my Nissan Leaf Batteries (almost finished). I want to connect a voltage reducer (12v) to the lithium batteries. The 12v side will be for Lights/music and maybe a phone charger. Has anyone done this or is everyone adding a deep cycle battery to run accessories. I don't like the idea of having to add another battery.

If you have added the voltage reducer, which one did you use, 56.4v to 12v.
