Default Stripping the body

Working on a 97 Club Car. What kinda paint did they use on these things? I just put some aircraft stripper on it and the paint just laughed.... It didn’t even get soft let alone bubble... Bad stripper or any other ideas?

Thanks,
Jon

That’s not paint. It is color injected plastic
