Default tire pressure\ suspension upgrade

hello, i have 22x9.00 tires on my ride, i use it on the farm and the other day i hit a bump and just about flew out of the driver seat. Thats a problem. i checked my tire pressure and they were hangin around 10 on the back and 5 on the front so to me that says of corse your gonna get bounced out. i have leaf springs in the front and back so i am not sure if i air the tires up to 15-20 lbs if it will be just as bad, is a suspension upgrade what i need. with the old trucks we would take apart the leaf springs and remove every other one and put new shackles on em but i don't think thats an option here. what would you run pressure wise in a 22" tire

my thinkin is if you has too much air pressure and you hit that same bump if will feel twice as hard,, as you have no room for the tire to absorb the bump.... i could be thinking wrong... the tire itself does have a max air pressure on it,,,

I'm with adr, read the side wall on the tire, and run what ever it says or a few pounds less. Experiment with pressure and you will find what it likes for a given situation.

i run 20 lbs in em last night (max pressure) and it seemed a lot less bumpy. the suspension takes the bump now not the tire. the tires were really low so they were bouncing a lot now they are much better some suspension work would still help but i think i might have to wait awhile on that. thanks for the input
