G2 no oil spun rod bearing
I have a G2 I think J3800 on block. this is a freebie for a friend they had the kids using it in a campground went down 1/4 mile hill got to bottom and seized I took the engine home can't get the clutch off I cant find a 14mm x 1.0 bolt to make a puller I will have to pay someone. I popped out the low oil level sensor plug ( would have been nice to have a sensor ) took off conn rod cap doesnt look good from what I see $400 in parts plus machine work and that is if hasn't been bored too much allready was thinking about a honda clone 13 hp we have a 15 mph speed limit in the campground. I have access to a lathe can i bore out original clutch to 1 in ? and any other problems I might have remember doing this for free for the kids sorry if this has been asked allready but it didnt look like a yamaha only answer we appreciate any help we can get trying to get this done so they can use it for some of the summer thanks
