Spun Rt. rear hub
Do I need any other parts besides a new hub.It doesn't appear to have any seals your bearings.
My Axle just ground the hub down into a cone in the center. Luckily the axle spline is still good. But I can't tell if l need any other parts. It looks like this was caused by the castle nut not being maintained by me.I really don't know what else could have caused the failure. I will be checking the other three wheels. Re: Spun Rt. rear hub
Sorry you did not get a timely answer. The OEM hub is harder than the import knock offs for less. Ausco makes a hardened hub IF you can find one.
NOte the castle torque spec is between 100 and 140 ft pounds. The wide range insures the nut is not backed off to line the cotter pin up. I hope this helps. |

Re: Spun Rt. rear hub
I don't suppose anyone knows what size castle nut, is on the rear axle of a 2013 RXV gas.
My cart is all the way across town I want to make sure I take the right size socket down there. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G891A using Tapatalk |

Re: Spun Rt. rear hub
I believe it is a 3/4" or 15/16".
