wiring problem
It's a older western cart. When the headlights are off the turn signals work but with headlights on they come on dim and don't have enough power to flash. Before and after I installed the voltage regulator. Any help?

Re: wiring problem
Sounds like you have a short somewhere, possibly a ground wire. I would look through the harness to see if wires are rubbing together. Is it just one side it does it on or both sides of the turn signal?

Re: wiring problem
Your converter is probably not rated to handle the load of the headlights and the turn signals combined. You may have to switch to a heavier duty converter, or switch to LED headlights and LED for the other lamps as well. Non-LED lights can draw quite a bit of power
