Default Club Car stuttering after deep water

I have a 1998 48 volt Club Car DS. After driving into some deep water and cart had to be pushed out because it stopped working, it ran again once out of said deep water. Cart drove normal for about another 5 minutes at which point it would stutter like power is being turned off and on and the more you push the pedal the faster the stutter. The floor board of the cart did go underwater about an inch, I don't believe the controller or solenoid got submerged but definitely got wet. I tried testing the controller with volt meter from B- and M- and I get 50 volts before pedal is pushed and drops only to 32 volts with pedal all the way down. The solenoid reads.03 volts on large post and small post read 50 volts before pedal is pushed and large post go to zero when pedal is pushed. What did I break?

I have been around Electric Motors most of my working carrier.
A flooded motor is disassembled baked at about 135F for a couple of hours if Ball Bearings thet should be replaced

I have just installed new motor but still have the old one. I will try that out and see what happens.
