Has anyone dealt with Alltrax regarding Warranty issues on there controllers?

Are you having an issue? I can't speak from personal experience but I've gone back 500 pages so far and can only remember one real warranty issue (a bad component) that Alltrax owned up to and resolved. All the rest were customer errors i.e. wrong information provided to Alltrax.

No issue yet, but it's in route to them. I was given an upgrade program by them to install and it died during the install process. Got a new one from the OS and hoping I get a credit, that's all.

Alltrax is very good about all warranty issues. They replace more user damaged controls than any company I have ever seen.



I have programmed hundreds of these controls and haven't had that problem yet?

I had them on the phone during the upgrade process and they said that was weird (shut down and solid red led) send it back.
