Lift Or Drop ???
i got a 1980 Club car -- its my first cart and i got big plans --first i wanted to lift the **** out of it but looking at some pics ive seen some slammed carts and brought me back to my old days in lowriders... i cant decide now what to do -- LIFT OR DROP ????
i saw a 8 inch lift kit that interest me and drop will be easy for me -- or shall i do drop first then lift LOL--- what you think???? |

Depends alot on what you want to do with it... offroad or stick to the designated path.

im into lifted trucks --i got one myself so thats why i want to lift this cart - i would drive it offroad for sure so i guess my better bet would be lift..

I say keep the suspension where it is and get a 1986 or newer to lift. You can get 27" Mudlites under a 1986 or newer without too much trouble. Would 27" tires be enough lift?
The 1980 is going to be a lot of extra work to lift and it will all need to be custom fabricated since no lifts are commercially available. I am not saying don't do it, just do your homework before dropping cash. |

Thanks Nate and Boo -- it will be some work to lift this cart so let me know if you guys find another one but i will want to keep this one to at least make it faster any tips ??
