Default Western golf and country value

Does anyone know what a 36v golf and country would be worth in decent shape with new batteries? Not sure on the year

If it is 36v it is an older one, likely with a resistor coil drive system.... they are a heavy cart.
With being older & that drive system they are not worth much here where they were made.

Post the serial number, it is about 11 numbers, located on the rear arch of the frame rail, passenger side.
A photo would also help.

when i inquired from western to find out year of my old cart they told me: The first 3 numbers are the model number of the cart, the next number is the month and the next is the year of manufacture.
