Default Western Golf and Country cart-looking for year

I am hoping someone can help me identify the year make and model of this Western Golf Cart. From what I have read it appears to be a model 400 made in the month of August and it is a 1991 model on a EZGO Marathon frame, but I'm unsure. The serial which I have included in the pictures appears to be as follows:

4000819163

The cart runs fine for a while then all of a sudden it stops. I hear the solenoid click and it almost sounds like it's barely trying to run but won't move. I have tried jumping the solenoid and it makes no difference. After a while, it will just run again. The batteries were fully charged.

Than you for your help.

Michael

Not sure about the cart but sounds like the brushes in the motor are worn.

Thank you for the reply. Is there a way to test that to be sure? I need to find a video or instructions on how to remove the motor.
