Smile Which motor upgrade?

I have searched the threads and found some info about motor upgrades. I have looked at the plum quick website and am looking for options. I run 48 volts with a 500 amp controller and upgraded HD everything else. I'm want a top speed around 25-30mph with lots of torque for off roading (Jakes long travel, and 12" rims tires on order). I'm thinking keeping the motor 36v for more torque but any info on this is greatly appreciated
