Oil pressure sensor, Gov and Lift Kit info
Hi All,
I have a 1991 Ez-Go Marathon 2-Cycle with oil pump. I was wondering if anyone has hooked up a oil sensor to the line running from oil pump. If the pump dies and there is no sensor, it will likely seize the engine? Since it is a 1991, I do not want to find out that the pump dies after the engine has stopped working...has anyone added this type of mod to their cart? Also, we are going to add a lift kit and tires to our cart. Is 5" a better way to go? I see alot of great looking machines here and do not know if they are 4" or 5". We would like the one that SaltySteele has (we saw the picture on his posting: We checked CartsPlus (the one that was recommended i another post) but they only offer 4" for the 1991 Marathon...I am guessing they are 22" tires but if not, does anyone know what size they are or have a good recommended size to buy? Thanks for any info or advice - have a great day! Mike |
