Well today I put some batteries in the old Gal and took her for a drive. the maiden voyage of the turf rider cart. now that I know the drive train works like it should, I can concentrate on the body and paint. now to decide on what color she would look best in..

The corvair is a 1964, I Picked it up a few months ago. got it running after sitting for 20+ years. but needs a new fuel tank, clutch and windshield. So decided to let someone else take on that project. waiting on the new owner to come and get it.

Not to much to report. still doing body work. the guy before me took it down to the glass in a lot of places, so dealing with covering all the pin holes. a lot of primer coats, wet sanding and putty..

Tossed some paint on the fender to see if I liked the color. I think I will go with this. Lime green pearl with green flake. gives it that Kustom 60's look. What do you guy's think?. may add some plum purple to break up the green.
