84 ds ac conversion throttle help needed.
Hi. I just picked up a 1984 club car ds. This is my first experience with golf carts. The wiring is all cut up and I’m not sure what I have, but I’m not sure it matters. The plan is an ac conversion. I have found premcor to mcor conversion kits that say they are not compatible with my year. Is this because the conversion does not physically fit my year, or because it is not compatible with the rest of the old junk electrical system? My thought is the designer of the kit says it doesn’t work because he was not anticipating an ac conversion was the end goal. Or, if there are better ways to get the throttle to communicate with the controller, I am open to suggestions. Thanks Nick
