Thumbs up AC motor help

Anybody on here know of a place that can checkout a AC motor are tell me how to check it to see if it's any good.

I took the motor and controller out of my 04 cart last week because it quite on me. The controller wouldn't power up. I think the motor is good though but I need to check it.
I would like to find a new controller that would work with it to install it in Little Red to get it running a bit faster.

I don’t know but it being AC would an RXV controller work? Not sure if the field map would be ideal but I would think it would spin.

Just how would I ohm them. Motor casing to each terminal?
I feel pretty certain it was the controller and not the motor. I would really like to find a controller that would work with it.
