Let us know if there are any other issues after the new pedal switch is installed and the pedal is adjusted.

Got the new microswitch installed. It fixed the solenoid staying active issue. Now solenoid is only activated by pedal. But the cart still won't go. Not sure what the problem is now since I was almost certain the new switch would fix it.

Connect your DVM between the controller's B- and M- terminals.

Press pedal just far enough to make solenoid click and you should get full battery pack voltage.

If not, trace the thick cables back towards the battery pack's B+ terminal until you find the missing voltage.

F/R switch is the likely suspect.

I get 38 volts with my DVM between the B- and M- on the controller when I press the pedal just far enough to activate solenoid. So it's not the f&r switch?

Taking it to my golf cart tech tomorrow. I need it running ASAP. I'll report back what the problem was.
