Default replaced mcore but still have hesitation

Hi All,

I replaced the mcore (conversion kit) on my DS cart last weekend, serial number AC0132-046925, but i still feel a slight hesitation when I first accelerate. I press on the accelerator pedal, the cart goes, then there is a slight jerk as if the power was removed for fraction of a second. Then it seems fine.

Aside from the mcore, what could cause this? Any suggestions on how to debug this?

Thanks for your help.

Clay

That sure sounds like the drop-out harness issue but I only heard of that on '02 models and yours is an '01. When Sergio or TahoedawgZ71 reads this they can add comment.

Hi All,

I not yet tried replacing the drop-out cable yet. Does this apply to a 2001 DS golf cart or just 2002 carts? Is there any other possibility that would cause the hesitation?

Any ideas are welcome.

Thanks, Clay
