Extra fitting ?
While pulling my engine out of the 1989 2 cycle ezgo , I noticed a 1/4 inch nipple in the manifold between the carb and the reed valve , there is a rubber line attached and then capped , was this somthing that someone before I got the cart has butchered ? Or is it part of somthing that is no longer used ? Engine does not have an oil pump , gas has to be premixed .

Re: Extra fitting ?
Originally that cart did have an oil pump. That must be where they remove it from.
