Default Looking at a G2

I found a G2 that I can get for $100. I have not seen it yet, but was told it was in very good shape. Needs a CDI box for a 2 cycle. The G2 and the G9 looks a lot alike will the parts from the G2 fit my G9 (other than the motor)? Does anyone know how much a box would be?
Does anyone have a used box that would be for sale?

that a good deal buy it. but if it is a 2 cycle i don't think its a G2. because G2 has a 4 cycle.

DO you mean the Ignitor Unit Assembly? I probably have one.

However as Groundpounder said, the G2 is a four cycle engine.

Found out that it is a G1 Thanks to Spriddles Yamaha time line sticky, was able to show them a pic. I'm not for sure what the box is called. He told me the box sets on the rear fender well, and he does not have the money to fix it.
