Default obc issuies?

i have a 02 club car series car in the shop and the charger will not power up the charger works on another car i replaced the obc a now when i plug the charger it still will not power up i can jump the relay out in the charger and the gauge needle will just jump and the charger will not power up any one have any input.

Someone will chime in that can help. If you do get stuck with a spare OBC that's working.... there is a recent thread on here with someone looking for one.

Did you change the fuse in the yellow holder at the plug in the cart? You may need to clean the femal plug engs on the cart. I have this trouble with both my cart from time to time. Check your wires and make sure you have th hooked up correctly from the OBC. make sure the cart is n nutral, and key off.

problem could be in the grey wire itself?? could be..........................
