Re: 95 club car build
It's all about priorities.
The cart should always be first. |

Re: 95 club car build
Well I didnt get the club car done b4 our first camping trip and seeing all the lifted carts driving around definitely gave me some motivation. I was a bit jealous I've been working on it like crazy and got it painted and running and put back together.. I just have to put the rear seat on and button up and few things but its turning out pretty good

Re: 95 club car build
Looking good!
It's probably fine, but I might suggest checking the welds of the circled area. Looks like it's had a heavier load than it could take at some point. a.jpg My cart had some cracked welds when I got it. Had a bent front frame piece that likely caused them. |

Re: 95 club car build
Finally got around to working on the club car again, yesterday I got the rear seat bolted up I just have to get screws for the rear seat cushion... due to a mishap in the garage I had to steal the roof off the marathon for the club car it looks better on the club car anyway.. I ordered a admiral MOT-A1 Sunday last week from scottyb (cart's unlimited) and it was here by Thursday.. my girlfriend wasn't to happy to see it sitting on the porch I was though!! Anyway I installed it today literally took my 30 mins jacked up the drivers side to help it with sliding off little bit of tapping and wiggling did the trick!!

Re: 95 club car build
Man I just noticed.....you have a lot more faith in the way that thing is jacked up than I do.
