Default G29 Lithium Battery Mounting Ideas Needed

I just finished upgrading to the Navitas TAC2 controller and motor. I also bought a Lithium 48V single battery pack. I'm looking for creative ideas for mounting the battery to the cart. I'm pretty handy building stuff but just want some ideas and options before I get started. I'd love to also see how people are using their empty space under the seat too.

Are there concerns with airflow for the battery? Do I need to ensure it can breathe?

Default Re: G29 Lithium Battery Mounting Ideas Needed

The battery is fine without any special cooling. They don't get hot. Most battery packs have mounting options that you have to adapt to. If you have the plastic battery tray, you can bolt the battery to that. I used some wood supports when I did mine - but I built my own battery pack. I put the wood supports in the plastic tray and then bolted my battery pack through the wood and the tray. I have not done anything with the empty space but one option would be a cooler. But I would find that under the seat a bit unconvenient.
