I have a 1985 and a 1987 Marathon. The 1985 is my daughters and is running. Just bought it for her as a sweet 16th birthday present since due to COVID she still hasn't been able to go to drivers training. The 1987 is mine and I'm rebuilding it as a project.

Hello there, I am new to BGW and have been reading through threads and looking for relevant threads. I just bought a 1981 EZGO and just found this thread, so I thought where else to connect with fellow metal bodies. I am looking for help as I start to rebuild this baby, so please let me know if I can post questions in here since you guys all have very similar carts or if I should keep it in the main forums.

I have a 1993 Marathon project going. Plan to convert it to 48 volts. Getting it read for paint now. I'd like to join.

Hello all!
I’ve rebuilt an 84 with a 79 motor. Put a lot of work into and found all my information on here. Great resource. Did all the rewiring and rhino lined the body. Even put an auxiliary battery that is solar charged for stereo lights and a small air compressor. Then I blew the clutch apart.

Do you have a picture of the two batteries? Are they both under the seat or is one in the rear bag well?

I acquired a 1985 marathon that I am currently restoring. Has anyone added custom-fitted lights into the body? I was looking at getting a set and installing them into the body but haven't seen any others that have done it.
